The 208th Transportation Company is an Army Early Response Force unit that must be ready to deploy with very short notice. Approximately 5,000 Army Reserve and National Guard forces participated in the exercise. First Army provided about 65 observer coach/trainers to augment their Army Reserve partners at the 91st Training Division and assist in training the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the history of the nation.
