Col. David Jordan and Command Sgt. Major Christopher Miller, the command team for the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine and the 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, speak to senior Ukrainian officers on the importance developing the command relationship and building a strong NCO corps during a seminar at the Ukrainian National Defence University, an institution supported by the NATO School Oberammergau, in Kiev, Ukraine on July 5.
The 45th is deployed to Ukraine as part of the JMTG-U, an international coalition dedicated to building professionalism of the Ukrainian army.
