Sgt. 1st Class Adam Sokolowski, the Service Pistol Team chief and coach with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, assists two competitive shooters during the Small Arms Firing School at Camp Perry, Ohio on July 1, 2017. Sokolowski started his career in marksmanship at Camp Perry as a young boy in the mid 1990s, which ultimately led to his recruitment into the USAMU. Recently at Camp Perry, the Yeagertown, Pennsylvania native won the titles of High Service Champion and .45 Caliber Champion, as well as a silver medal finish in the National Pistol Championship.
