Bohn Armory, Bismarck, N.D. as Handt's daughter Kelsey watches. The oath of office is traditionally administrated to all officers in the N.D. National Guard each time they are promoted. This oath re-affirms the officer’s commitment to the Constitution of the United States and the State of North Dakota.
