Col. Craig Lucey, the outgoing 451st Air Expeditionary Group commander, receives the Bronze Star Medal from Brig. Gen. Craig Baker, the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing commander, during the 451st AEG change of command ceremony at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 2, 2017. Lucey commanded the 451st AEG for the last 12 months. During his time as commander, he led Airmen and civilians from four squadrons and managed the second largest airfield in Afghanistan.
