CAMP GRAYLING, Mich. – British soldiers Private Daniel Mobsby-Brown and Private David Barber, mortar men with Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, Princess of Wales Royal Regiment, clear a M252 81mm mortar at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, Michigan on Aug. 3, 2017. The fire missions were conducted to clear obstacles and soften the battle space for ground troops as a part of Northern Strike 17. Exercise Northern Strike is a National Guard Bureau-sponsored training exercise that unites service members from multiple branches, states and coalition countries to conduct combined ground and air combat operations.
