Master Sgt. Charles Kirwan with Marine Wing Communication Squadron (MWCS)-28 informs the Marines from MWCS-28 on the rules of the range before they enter the Small Arms Range at Al Asad Air Base. MWCS-28 is currently deployed with 2d Marine Aircraft Wing(fwd) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq (MNF-W) to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
