Members of the 30th Infantry Division Association gathered at the North Carolina National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina as part of their 71st Reunion, August 5, 2017.
WWII Veterans who had served with the 30th were greeted by a walkway lined with Soldiers rendering salutes and cheering Soldiers as they entered the building.
The reunion participants made their way to the headquarters to watch a screening of Heroes of Old Hickory, a documentary that tells the story of the 30th Infantry Division in WWII.
