Spc. Hurtado lines Gabion Baskets in a designated row for a berm. Once the cages are built, filled, leveled, and stacked, the berm will be completed. The berm will be used to receive the impact of ammunition fired by tanks. The construction of the Moving Armored Targets is conducted at the Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania as part of Resolute Castle 17, an operation which builds relationships with the NATO alliance, and enhances its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
