Sgt. Chad D. Frokjer, a squad leader for 2nd Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, gives his Marines an alert, direction, description, range, target assignment, and fire control on rock hill two at Range 401, Jan. 29. As a squad leader, Frokjer is responsible for giving his Marines the ADDRAC so that they understand where they are supposed to be shooting. Alpha Company conducted the range as part of their Enhanced Mojave Viper pre-deployment training package. Frokjer, 27, is from Maplewood, Minn.
