Capt. Michael Davis, Battalion Operations Officer for the 841st Engineer Battalion presents a certificate of appreciation to Mr. Randy Sitton, Chief Quality Assurance of Baltimore District US Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Sitton's 41 years of service to the Corps of Engineers enabled the student engineer officers to walk away from training with invaluable experience in the field. Also, Capt. Davis presented Mr. Sitton with the 841st EN BN Commander's "Hurricane" Coin on behalf of LTC Brian Loftus, Battalion Commander.
