Gen. Mark Milley, U.S. Army Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, commanding general of U.S. Army Europe and other military delegates took a photo the coin recipients and their change of command at a Polish Military Air Base in Powidz, Poland, Aug. 7, 2017. The distinguished visitors toured the Polish Air Base because of its strategic value, to get a better idea of what operations take place in Powidz, how the location might be utilized in the future, and to recognized U.S. Soldiers for their outstanding performance while deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
