Easterly, the officer-in-charge for Smoky Mountain Medical Innovative Readiness Training from the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, guides distinguished visitors on a tour through Swain County High School during Smoky Mountain Innovative Readiness Training in Bryson City, N.C., on Aug. 7, 2017. Smoky Mountain Medical IRT provides no-cost medical, dental, vision and veterinary services to the residents of Swain County, Clay County and the surrounding areas while satisfying training requirements for active, reserve and National Guard service members and units.
