FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Maryland – Lt. Gen. Paul Nakasone, commander, U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) (right), introduces Gen. James McConville, Vice Chief of Staff (VCSA), U.S. Army, to Col.
