First Tech Challenge Team 8813, The Winter Soldiers, a robotics team from Bettendorf, Iowa, toured Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center Aug. 10, paying special attention to our robotics capabilities, especially those in the Quad City Manufacturing Lab located within RIA-JMTC.
