Stennis' (CVN 74) crash and salvage team repeat back hand signals given by a rescue crew responding to a simulated aircraft fire on the ship's flight deck during a general quarters drill. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
