FORT GORDON, Ga.—Capt. Brendan McKeague stands outside of the headquarters of the United States Army Cyber School here, Aug. 1, 2017. McKeague became the first Maryland Army National Guard Soldier to complete the rigorous Cyber Operations Officer Course when he graduated July 25, 2017.
