12/22/04 - An F/A-18C Hornet, assigned to the Raging Bulls of Fighter Attack Squadron Three Seven (VFA-37), approaches the landing area of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman after completing a daylong combat mission on Dec. 23, 2004. Aircraft from Carrier Airwing Three (CVW-3), embarked on USS Harry S. Truman, are providing close air support and conducting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions in ongoing operations. Truman Carrier Strike Group Ten (CSG-10) and her embarked Carrier Air Wing Three are currently on a regularly scheduled deployment in the Persian Gulf in support of the war on terror.
