Nery Arriaza, 40, center, a fisherman on the 280-foot processor fishing vessel Golden Alaska, is placed into a rescue basket in preparation for hoisting into an HH-65 Dolphin helicopter to take him to further medical care in Cold Bay, Feb. 14. Arriaza was reportedly suffering from severe chest pains and was taken to Cold Bay by the Coast Guard helicopter crew where he was safely transferred to an emergency medical flight service for further transport to medical care in Anchorage.
