Rodriquez and Tech. Sgt. Rene Riojas, also a Military Training Instructor with the 433rd TS, visit Air Force bases around the country to recruit Air Force Reservists into the MTI program. Members can serve as an MTI for a four-year commitment then return to his or her training specialty. “This is the best job I have ever had,” said Rodriquez. “You can directly impact the Air Force Reserve by training new Reservists.” There are active Guard and Reserve positions as well as traditional Reserve slots.
