Flags sit are packed tightly in boxes waiting to be flown on 451st AEW aircraft on Feb. 12, 2011 at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. All flags - from countries, sports teams, schools etc- may be flown, but American flags are by far the most common requested. Flags from all countries, sports teams, schools and more may be flown as part of the 451st AEW flag flying program, but American flags are by far the most common requested.
