An Iraqi Army soldier ensures the security of his squad during a training exercise held on Contingency Operating Base Delta Wednesday. Local IA soldiers partnered with soldiers of Battery L, 2nd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, to conduct a week of squad and platoon level exercises aimed at refining the basic skills they need to be an effective security force for the nation.
