Senior Airman McKinney Malory, 50th Space Communications Squadron maintenance analyst, lets a petanque ball fly as his teammates look on during diversity day, Friday, Aug. 18, 2017, at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. Petanque is a French ball game where contestants try to see who can throw a metal ball, roughly the size of a baseball, the closest to a small wooden ball the size of a ping pong ball. Team Schriever members experienced a wide-range of cultures and talents through the annual event.
