Colleen Layton-Robbins, a wildlife rehabilitator and owner of Frisky's Wildlife and Primate Sanctuary, Incorporated, in Woodstock, Maryland moves an African spurred tortoise around it's enclosure at her home Aug. 14. Colleen has devoted nearly 50 years of her life to the care and rehabilitation of wild animals. Each year she rescues more than 5000 injured, sick and abandoned wild animals who have nowhere else to go and noone else to turn to. She operates her business out of her home and is open to the public 12 hours a day, 365 days a year. (Official U.S. Army Reserve Photo by Sgt. 1st Class Brent C. Powell)
