Staff Sgt. Andrew Warner of the 361st Bridge Company, 391st Engineer Battalion gives direction to a scraper driver. Warner’s unit is removing the top of a hill to create an open line of sight for a tank range and building a moving armored target, at which tanks fire for practice. Warner is at Joint National Training Center for Resolute Castle 17,a joint operation with the 926th Engineer Brigade, 59th Troop Command, and Romanian 10th Engineer Brigade, which develops relationships within the NATO alliance and builds training infrastructure in Romania.
