Gunnery Sgt. Damien Anderson, bulk fuels officer, Logistics Readiness Center, G-3, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), from Opelousas, La., tracks and coordinates all ground fuel movement within Regional Command (Southwest). The G-3 is the epicenter of all logistics operations in Helmand and Nimruz provinces. Comprised of three sections - Current Operations, Future Operations and Planning, and the Logistics Readiness Center the 1st MLG (FWD) G-3 is responsible for providing tactical logistics support to warfighters on the ground.
