Capt. Erick Brough, a pilot with the 10th Airlift Squadron, McChord Air Force Base, Wash., briefs Sgt. 1st Class Kyle Sessoms, a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, on air operations during Joint Operational Access Exercise at Pope Air Force Base, N.C., Feb. 9. JOAX is a two- week exercise that includes large package week and joint operational access. It includes the 82nd Airborne Division, Air Force C-130 Hercules, C-17 Globemaster III aircraft and various other Air Force support assets such as Security Forces, Contingency Response Group, and tactical air control party members.
