U.S. Marines with the Maritime Raid Force (MRF), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), and Sailors with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28 utilize an MH-60S Seahawk to hoist a simulated casualty during visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) training at Fort Eustis, Va., Aug. 5, 2017.
