British Parliament member Mr. Julian Brazier, center, meets with South Dakota National Guard soldiers Feb. 22, at Camp Phoenix, in Kabul, Afghanistan, to gain insight from U.S. National Guard forces serving in Afghanistan. Brazier met soldiers from several National Guard states, to include Nebraska and Massachusetts, in an effort to help assess the future of Britain's Reserve component by looking at the U.S. National Guard model.
