Iraqi soldiers of the 3rd Battalion, 4th Brigade, 6th Iraqi army Division conduct an after-action review following a dismounted patrol through Mahmudiyah, Iraq, with Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Grinston of the 2nd Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) and an interpreter, Feb. 19, at the Mahmudiyah Iraqi army compound in Mahmudiyah, Iraq. The soldiers of the 3/4/6 patrolled as the culmination of the Warrior Leaders Course, in which they learned basic leadership and soldier skills.
