Gainey, The 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command commander, spoke at a press conference Aug. 22 held at the Battery D, 6-52 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, tactical site on Osan Air Base, South Korea, in front of two PATRIOT launching stations.
