CATC CAMP FUJI, Japan— Long range field artillery shows a time-on-target technical demonstration during the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Fuji Firepower Demonstration Aug. 27 aboard Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, Gotemba, Japan. During this demonstration, the JGSDF outlined the shape of Mount Fuji with timed, mid-air artillery explosions. The demo brings spectators of the military and local communities together to witness the abilities of the JGSDF and gain a better understanding of fire combat in modern warfare by showing their precision, skill sets and proficiency.
