Grant, commanding officer, Marine Corps Combat Services Support Schools, presents an Congressional Gold Medal to a surviving family member of the Montford Point Marines during the 8th Annual Montford Point Marine Day ceremony, John A. Lejeune Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, N.C., Aug. 24, 2017.
