The U.S. Navy Ceremonial Brass Ensemble performed brilliantly at the Naval Medical Logistics Command’s Change of Command ceremony Aug. 25 on Fort Detrick, Maryland. The ensemble members are Chief Musician Brandon Almagro, Chief Musician Tony Halloin, Musician Petty Officer 1st Class Nathaniel Willson, Musician Petty Officer 1st Class John Armstrong and Musician Petty Officer 1st Class Andy Skaggs.
