Airmen from the 79th Rescue Squadron finish loading the 58th Rescue Squadron’s equipment onto a HC-130J Combat King II Sept. 2, 2017 at College Station, Texas. The 58th RQS returned to Nellis AFB, following a four-day Search and Rescue (SAR) operation throughout the areas affected by Hurricane Harvey. The 58th RQS utilized small boats to bolster Northern Command’s support of FEMA’s disaster response efforts. Harvey made landfall as a category 4 hurricane last week into the Texas coast.
