Nearly 600 "Manchu" soldiers of 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, received the distinctive dragon belt buckle at Soldiers Field House March 4 for "meritorious and honorable service with the 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, during Operation Iraqi Freedom 09-10." The 2.5-inch buckle, adorned with a five-toed dragon encircling its edges, is the only distinctive unit belt buckle authorized to be worn in uniform.
