Staff Sgt. Timothy Liptrap, a cannon crew member, assigned to 1/201st Field Artillery, West Virginia Army Guard served during the Gulf War as a specialist. Liptrap has also served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and now Operation New Dawn. Liptrap resides in Marlinton, W.Va., with wife, Cristina, daughter, Elizabeth and son, Jarrod.
