Terrance Flournoy, ship’s handler for the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), explains flight deck operations to William F. Hagerty, U.S. ambassador to Japan, in flight deck control. Hagerty met with senior leadership and toured the ship during his first visit to Ronald Reagan since taking the office of U.S. ambassador to Japan in July.
