Petty Officer 3rd Class Kortni Clarke, aviation boatswain's mate (handling), from Huntsville, Ala., watches out over the hangar bay from a conflagration station aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Conflagration stations are manned twenty-four hours a day while aircraft are on board and watch standers provide as safety lookouts for the hangar bays. The Ronald Reagan Strike Group is currently underway continuing training for an upcoming deployment to the Western Pacific and Central Command areas of responsibility.
