CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – After eight months of dedication and hard work, members of the USO, Marine Corps Installation Pacific, and Camp Foster leadership cut the reopening ribbon Aug. 30 at the Camp Foster USO, Okinawa, Japan.
