HOUSTON, Texas) – Water flows over Highway 6 just below the Barker Dam here September 7, 2017. Water levels have fallen over the past few days as engineers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, gradually reduced the flows out of Barker Dam following the historic rainfalls that fell on the area due to Hurricane Harvey.
