Erica Camacho, front desk staff, Soldier Readiness Center, checks soldiers’ identification tags and cards as they begin the Soldier Readiness Process, an annual requirement that identifies deployable and non-deployable personnel and allows commanders to make informed decisions about a unit’s mission readiness. The SRC is located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and services about 200 soldiers a day.
