Pallets of water at a warehouse in Jefferson County await shipment to Point of Distribution Stations during recovery efforts after Hurricane Harvey. This warehouse is run by Soldiers in the Texas National Guard and is responsible for receiving and sorting supplies donated to people in the Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange areas.
