Restie Mangiliman, a medical technician, assigned to the 18th Medical Operations Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, demonstrates proper bleeding control techniques to approximately 40 nursing students from the College of Medicine, Quang Nam Province, during Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-2 in Tam Ky, Vietnam, Sept. 10, 2017.
