U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Scott Carlson, Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), clears his screen as part of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency’s (DPAA) mission to Rodopi, Bulgaria, July 26, 2017.
