Soldiers assigned to the Nebraska Army National Guard's 1-376th Aviation Regiment (Security and Support) move the blades of three Nebraska UH-72 Lakota helicopters in together to make more space for other aircraft, Sept. 12, at the Florida National Guard Army Aviation Support Facility No. 1 in Jacksonville, Florida. The Soldiers, approximately 100 strong, are part of an emergency management assistance compact request received by Nebraska from Florida to aid with Hurricane Irma relief operations. Nebraska's Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-376th Aviation Regiment (S&S), are manning an aviation task force headquarters in order to provide command and control operations for aircraft conducting relief efforts throughout northern Florida.
