Sri Lanka Navy Cmdr. Tilak Pubudu Malalagama translates and explains an intravenous line demonstration during Sri Lanka Health Engagement 17 at Naval Base Welisara, Sri Lanka, Sept. 13, 2017. Since 2014, the U.S. and Sri Lanka Navy have conducted the Sri Lanka Health Engagement annually in order to improve medical capabilities within the Sri Lankan medical forces as well as interoperability between the two medical forces.
