Gen. Mark Corson, commanding general of the 103rd ESC, and a Maryville, Mo., native. “While hauling more than 264 million gallons of fuel, and hundreds of thousands of tons of supplies, including more than 96 million bottles of water and 47,000 tons of ice.”
