Lt. Col. Clay A. Coatney, 1/201st Field Artillery, West Virginia Army Guard commander, Col. Robert G. Cheatham, ASG-Kuwait Commander and Sgt. 1st Class Brandon Wolf, the DFAC noncommissioned officer in charge, cut the cake prepared especially for the ribbon cutting ceremony conducted at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, March 11 which signified the official opening of the new dining facility. The cake was quickly devoured by servicemembers before lunch concluded, leaving only crumbs and pictures as proof of its large existence.
