U.S. Sailors assigned to the U.S. Navy Honor Guard conduct a repatriation ceremony for Fireman First Class Charles Casto at the National Memorial of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Sept. 14, 2017. Casto was killed along with his brother, Richard, aboard the USS Oklahoma (BB 37) during the attack on Pearl Harbor Dec. 7, 1941. Charles Casto’s remains were recently identified by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, and his remains were reunited with those of his brother in the same plot.
